Each year we look for caring, detail-oriented volunteers to serve on the College Scholarship Committee. It is a unique committee as we meet only a few times in person or virtually. The majority of the time will be reviewing applications online at your own pace the end of February thru March. That way, each member can decide who they feel are the strongest candidates, without being swayed by others. The majority of scholarships do not have a faith criteria so students from all walks of life apply. The committee is also a melting pot of different ages, field of interests, and backgrounds. The College Scholarship committee of the DJCF/SWCF is unique in that most of the time commitment will be reviewing applications online at your own pace.
