About the Scholarship

Established by Veronique and Hylton Jonas in memory of Veronique’s parents who were committed community leaders and supporters of Israel. This scholarship is awarded to a deserving Jewish student enrolled in an institution of higher learning.

Passover Holiday Office Hours

The DJCF/SWCF offices will be closed in observance of the Passover holiday on Tuesday, April 23 – Wednesday, April 24 and on Monday, April 29 – Tuesday, April 30.  Any grants made starting on April 18 will be processed upon our return to the office, no later than May 3.  Thank you for your patience and wishing all who celebrate a wonderful holiday.
