About the Scholarship

Dr. Feroza Bittner and Dr. Massuma Kazemi established this scholarship to reward the academic achievements of dedicated students from Berkner High School in Richardson, Texas. Drs. Bittner and Kazemi’s family placed great significance on education and this scholarship is an extension of their family’s commitment to education.

Passover Holiday Office Hours

The DJCF/SWCF offices will be closed in observance of the Passover holiday on Tuesday, April 23 – Wednesday, April 24 and on Monday, April 29 – Tuesday, April 30.  Any grants made starting on April 18 will be processed upon our return to the office, no later than May 3.  Thank you for your patience and wishing all who celebrate a wonderful holiday.
