About the Scholarship

The Shlipak family has established a scholarship fund to honor their late father and husband Louis Shlipak. This scholarship will help undergraduate and graduate students to achieve a career in medicine or healthcare field. Preference is given to Jewish students or applicants from Irving.

Passover Holiday Office Hours

The DJCF/SWCF offices will be closed in observance of the Passover holiday on Tuesday, April 23 – Wednesday, April 24 and on Monday, April 29 – Tuesday, April 30.  Any grants made starting on April 18 will be processed upon our return to the office, no later than May 3.  Thank you for your patience and wishing all who celebrate a wonderful holiday.
