Lisa R. Newman
The Meyer L. Bodoff Memorial award is given annually at the DJCF/SWCF Professional Advisors Seminar to a professional advisor who has been an outstanding partner to the Foundation. Weāre honored to present this yearās award to Lisa R. Newman.
Lisa Newman has been serving estate planning and probate clients for over 30 years. She has long been a supporter of the Dallas Jewish Community Foundation (DJCF) and, since its inception, the Southwest Community Foundation (SWCF). Lisa has been one DJCF/SWCF’s strongest advocates and has served as the Chair of the Board, as well as on many Foundation committees. She currently chairs the Professional Advisory Committee. Not only has she referred many clients to DJCF/SWCF for guidance and services around charitable giving, but countless of these referrals have opened funds, be they donor-advised funds, endowment funds, or scholarship funds. She has played an integral role in the growth and success of DJCF/SWCF.
