Among DJCF’s senior professionals are Chartered Advisors in Philanthropy (CAP®): Sarah Golman, COO; Darrin Goldin, Senior Philanthropy Officer; Megan Hyman, President & CEO; and Suzanne Massey, Advisor Relations Director. The CAP® designation is a nationally recognized credential that equips professionals to integrate charitable planning with a donor’s financial, estate, and legacy goals. Team members who have completed Daylight’s Philanthropic Planning Certificate include Regan Klinke, Finance and Operations Manager; Suzanne Massey; Ashley Soto, Fundholder Engagement Associate; Lexi Van Creveld, Executive Assistant; Lisa Wile, Impact Associate; and Mary Vaughan, Fundholder Services Director. Darrin Goldin, JD, brings legal training and insight to charitable and estate planning discussions, while Jerry Blair, CFO, and Servando Sanchez, Finance Director, are both Certified Public Accountants (CPAs). Their combined expertise helps donors and professional advisors navigate complex tax considerations, charitable vehicles, regulatory requirements, and financial structures with confidence and clarity.
